American Heart Association BLS Instructor Course.

Current (American Heart Association) BLS for Healthcare Providers card is required to become an instructor.  

Price of the Course is $500.00.00 which is an all-inclusive price that includes:

• AHA BLS Instructor Manual
• AHA Online Instructor Essentials Course (to be completed before class date)
• Keepin' The Beat CPR Instructor Course (classroom/virtual)
• Mandatory Instructor Monitoring within six months of completing the discipline-specific classroom instructor course.
• Instructor Card
• Alignment with American Heart Association Instructor Network with Bayside CPR as your Training Center.

After completing these steps, you will be ready to order cards through us and start teaching!


In order to stay aligned with the Training Center, you must teach at least 2 classes per year and pay the alignment fee which is $150 every 2 years due upon instructor renewal course. 

Once you become an Instructor, you will have access to the most current emergency cardiovascular care science, course updates, training resources and tools through the online ATLAS. You will also be able to post class dates and times to reach more students through the AHA public website.
